Military Police Interview

If you are arrested by service police they will want to interview you. What you say (or do not say) in a military police interview can save or ruin your career. Failing to get legal advice could mean Court Martial, Military Prison, and Dishonourable Discharge.

We have extensive experience of representing military personnel in Interview under Caution.

If you are interviewed by service police you are entitled to have a solicitor OF YOUR CHOICE to look after you FREE OF CHARGE.

Your rights under military police interview

The Military Police may try to persuade you to have a military lawyer to represent you so that they can speed matters up and get your case 'processed' quicker.

You DO NOT have to go along with this. You may well want an independent solicitor outside of the Forces to look after your interests. We travel worldwide at SHORT NOTICE to represent our Military Clients.

You can INSIST that we look after you. You do not have to have a lawyer from inside the Royal Navy / Army / RAF.

Interview-under-Caution is a complicated area of law, and the outcomes can be very important for your future career.

Asking for a solicitor is NOT an admission of wrongdoing at all, it is simply making sure that you are protected. We travel throughout the UK and around the world to look after our military clients and to be present during their military police interview.

We can get to where you are quickly and at short notice.

Call us anytime, day or night, for immediate legal help on 01452 720827 / 07977 597709.
